2. Formula for Calculating Each Partner's Dividend
Under this illustration, the proposed partner allocation is 2,500,000 partner slots. The dividend is distributed proportionally to each partner's verified eligible slot balance, if and only if those slots are legally entitled to participate in a formally approved distribution.

3. How the 50% Partner Pool Works
50% Partner Dividend Pool — $5,000: this is the amount earmarked by the proposed model for eligible partner distributions. It goes strictly to partners based on verified slot equivalents. It is not automatically payable merely because the model shows a pool; proper accounts, approvals and legal entitlement are required.
50% Company Operations — $5,000: this portion stays within the business for product development, platform infrastructure, cybersecurity, maintenance, marketing, user growth, new services and long-term scaling. It is not a partner dividend.
4. Assumptions and Controls
- The $10,000 is treated as the net-profit base supplied for this example. Confirm whether this amount is calculated after all relevant operating expenses, taxes and other obligations; actual distributable profit may differ.
- The example uses 2,500,000 eligible partner slots as the denominator. If the actual number of legally eligible participating shares/units changes, the per-unit calculation must be recalculated using the approved denominator.
- The ₦1,000 = $0.8 = 1 slot conversion is a planning assumption only. Contributions and slot equivalents must be verified, reconciled and approved; they do not automatically prove share ownership or dividend entitlement.
- Do not count founder allocation as partner slots in the denominator if the model specifically distributes the partner pool across the partner allocation only. The denominator and allocation rules must match the approved corporate documents.
- This example is not a guaranteed monthly return or guaranteed investment yield.
